Can you make a board allergen-free?

We’re happy to accommodate allergies by omitting specific ingredients (such as nuts, gluten, or dairy). However, please note that we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

All of our boards are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten, and other common allergens. While we take great care with separation and handling, cross-contact is always possible.

We encourage customers to use their own discretion when ordering, keeping these details in mind and making the best decision for their comfort and safety.

Do you offer vegan and vegetarian options?

Yes! For a vegetarian option, you can select any of our Cheese & Charcuterie boards and note in the Contact Form section that you’d like it made without meat — we’ll include extra cheese and other accompaniments instead.

How long can a board/box last in the refrigerator?

For the best experience, we suggest refrigerating your board as soon as possible after pickup/delivery. Keep refrigerated until you’re ready to enjoy and consume within 4 hours of placing out for consumption. Enjoy your refrigerated leftovers for up to 2 days

What is your Refund Policy?

We have a no-return policy but may issue refunds for unusual circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. In case of any damages or incorrect items, contact us right away. Refund Requests must be filed within 12 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement/refund/credit for future order. Please email photos of the damage or issue to sales@grazingmaven.com with your order number so we can assess the situation and address it promptly.

For grazing tables, catered events, or large orders we require a minimum of 14 days notice for cancellation in order to qualify for a 30% refund. For catered events, bookings made less than 14 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.

For charcuterie boards, boxes, and sandwich platters, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours but at least 24 hours before delivery will receive a full credit applicable toward a future order. Cancellations for charcuterie boards, boxes, and sandwich platters made less than 24 hours before delivery are not eligible for a refund.
